Reservations
To book a tour, please provide the information requested below. Please also indicate the type of tour you would like to book and any special requests you may have. If you require information about airports and TGV (high speed train) station closest to Lorgues, please do ask us. Package rates are based on double occupancy per room. If you would like to book a single room, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you, based on availability.
We welcome group tour bookings. Villa Soleil Rose can accommodate 8 guests, based on double occupancy per room. The Library suite can accommodate 2 additional guests, if needed.
A deposit of 50% of your package rate is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less a $30 administrative fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. However, we do offer a one-time courtesy change where your balance, when paid in full, may be applied toward a future stay within one year. No refunds will be allowed after changing date of reservation. No-shows and shortened stays will be charged full amount of reservation with no refunds or date changes allowed.
When booking all four rooms, reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to allow a refund, less a 10% service charge. Reservations of all four rooms cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit with no refunds or date changes allowed.
